What should we wear during the birthday spa party?

We want you to have a great time on this special occasion. Some guests come all dressed up and some come wearing casual attire. It’s what makes you happy. For single service events we do not provide a robe. However, we will gladly provide one if you request it. For multiple services we have robes in each room. All spa birthday parties have a celebration after your service where we bring a birthday cake, drinks, chocolates, and such.

What is included in the spa birthday party?

Besides your spa services, we celebrate your birthday with a cake, spa gift, Champagne or mimosas and chocolates.

What other fun things do you have for the spa birthday party?

We have a beautiful room for taking pictures. It has a beautiful handmade velvet red throne for you and your friends and family to take photos and selfies. We also have a beautiful backdrop wall for taking additional photos. Our serenity room is very pretty and it makes you feel you’re in Hawaii. We have beautiful videos of waves crashing ashore while you’re surrounded by tropical plants and fountains. It’s a truly relaxing experience.

What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate for the birthday spa party?

We can accommodate up to a maximum of 16 guests for a spa party. It is best to discuss the details with our spa manager who will do her best to make sure you have the best spa experience ever.

Spa Policies: Guests must call at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule. Same day appointments CANNOT be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

If you’re late for your appointment, every effort would be made to give you your full time. However, if we cannot accommodate you for any reason, you will only receive the time remaining. Late appointments cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

There is a no cancellation fee for your package if cancelled with 24 hours of your purchase. If done 3 or more days prior to your service a $50 cancellation fee per person applies, if done within 2 days of your scheduled service then a 50% fee is charged. Same day packages or services cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

For all gift cards and services/packages purchased online over $250, guest must show the credit card used for the online purchase and an ID to match the card at the time of check in or submit a copy of the same to receive service. If a guest cannot produce it, they may make payment separately and the original gift card purchase will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
