ZZ Day Spa Massage Memberships
If you aren’t somebody who gets spa services regularly, you may be skimping on your health and wellbeing. Getting a massage membership makes having a self-care routine as easy (and affordable) as possible! For just one low price every month, you can enjoy a facial or massage of your choice. Having a membership is also a great way to remind yourself to book your next appointment so you’ll never have to worry about forgetting to take care of yourself.
Regardless of what spa services you normally get, signing up for a membership will help you save money. On average, ZZ Day Spa membership holders pay one-third less for massage and facial services compared to non-members.
There are no enrollment fees and, as a member, you will receive additional perks such as complimentary services and rewards for referrals! You’ll also be able to use your membership services at any ZZ Day Spa location of your choice.

Regular price is $135-$155 per massage/facial, so you’ll be saving $56 a month (or a whopping $672/year) with a membership subscription!

How long is the commitment?
The initial term of membership is 12 months (1 year), but after that your membership will renew on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled anytime (with a 30-day advance notice).
You may be thinking “well hmm… 12 months is a long time. I’m not sure if I’m ready to make that kind of commitment,” which is totally fair! Your health and wellness should still be a priority, though, and a commitment to getting a regular massage and/or facial is a commitment to a self-care routine for your own well-being. It is important to take care of yourself and give yourself time to relax. With a membership, you’ll be able to do that and save money at the same time!
When will I be charged for the membership?
Memberships are auto renewable. When signing up for the membership, you may be given the option to pay the full amount of the initial term (12 months/1 year) with a discount upfront. Other than that, you will be charged the regular membership fee ($79, $89, or $99 depending on the monthly service you choose to get) once a month.
What if I can’t find the time to use my service every month?
We understand that you may be often busy, and things may come up (especially in a period of a year), which is why your unused services will roll over at no extra cost! Service rollover will allow you to keep your services and use them at another time, while still having the benefit of paying the same, flat membership rate. You will be able to use your accumulated services whenever you want during the entire length of your membership and up to 60 days after your membership has been cancelled.
Any unused services that you have accrued will expire if not used before or within the 60-day period after membership cancellation.
Can I give my membership service to someone else?
Unfortunately, memberships and membership services are non-transferable and non-refundable. The membership holder is the only individual who can use the services gained through the membership, so anyone who wants to get a service at the membership price must become a member.
Can I use my service at any location?
Yes! You can use your membership service at any ZZ Day Spa location of your choice. To schedule an appointment, just give us a call and let us know your preferred location and we will schedule your appointment for you.
How do I cancel a membership appointment?
Our cancellation policies for a membership appointment are the same for a regular appointment. If you have already booked an appointment with us, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment by call. Appointment cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and same day appointments cannot be cancelled.
If you do not call to cancel and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will lose the scheduled service. If there is no service in your account to take away, the account information provided at the time of registration will be charged the full membership price for the service.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial term of 12 months by submitting a 30-day advance written notice to ZZ Day Spa. If you are unsure of what to do, you are more than welcome to call us at 212-904-1552 and we will be happy to assist you in cancelling your membership if requested.
