Eyelash Extensions: Styles and the Process
Eyelash extensions have been all the rage in the beauty industry, and for a good reason. Lash extensions are a painless way to achieve beautiful, glamorous eyelashes. There’s no better time to try out this beauty treatment than the summertime. Lash extensions save time and effort spent getting ready and putting on eye makeup. Many women don’t even need eye makeup at all when they have extensions on. They’re perfect for the summer, as you can avoid wearing mascara that can be irritating and can run or melt off during the long hot days. Extensions will save you tons of time in the morning, and erase the worry of “makeup meltdown”. They dramatically enhance the eyes, are customizable, and are completely safe for the eyes.
What are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are individual semi-permanent lashes that are attached to each individual lash on the eye. They will make your lashes appear longer, darker, and more voluminous. The extensions are attached to each lash using a semi-permanent glue.
The Process
If it is your first time getting lash extensions, your technician will go through the process with you and suggest the look that will work best for your preferences and eye shape. The technician will evaluate the strength and condition of your natural eyelashes. The extensions can vary in curled shape and length, and for different looks, there may be more or less individual lashes used.
Your technician will cleanse the eye area to remove leftover makeup, dirt, and oil on the skin. The process of applying the extensions depends on the number of eyelashes you are getting but can last from 1-2 hours. Your technician will use sealed tweezers that have been washed clean, soaked in a disinfectant solution, and sanitized in a UV sterilizer to individually glue on each eyelash.

Eyelash Extension Looks:
The Natural Look includes 70 eyelash extensions per eye. The lashes follow your existing lash line and enhance the natural shape of your eyes.
The Date Look includes 90 eyelash extensions per eye. The lashes are longer on the outer edges of the lash line, which can naturally lift the eye and give a slightly more dramatic look than our Natural Look.
The Party Look includes 110 eyelash extensions per eye. With this style, longer eyelash extensions are placed toward the center of the lash line to make your eyes appear larger and longer.
The Diva Look includes 130 eyelash extensions per eye. The extensions that are used are thicker and longer over the entire lash line. This is the most glamorous look that we offer, and it will leave you looking red-carpet ready at all times.
