Membership Terms & Conditions

Service Rollover — All unused services continue to rollover each month and can be used however you have them accumulated while in agreement.  You will have the entire length of your membership to use services as long as the account is not frozen and in good standing.  All accumulated services will expire 60 days after your membership has been cancelled.

ZZ Day Spa memberships and membership services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Memberships are auto-renewable.  At the end of the initial term of membership (12 months), your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

ZZ Day Spa reserves the right to change spa rules and regulations and pricing at any time.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial term of 12 months by submitting a thirty (30) day advance written notice to ZZ Day Spa.

MEMBERSHIP APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day appointments cannot be canceled.

If you do not call to cancel and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will lose the scheduled service.  If there is no service in account to take away, the account information provided will be charged the full membership price for the service.
